This is a letter to state that Mr. Bobby L. Cole, is being and will continue being treated indefinitely at the above noted facility or any other facility within the western region (which is to include California, Oregon, and Washington State). Again, these are clinical trials. And while treatment results vary between patients, the estimation needed to monitor and gage the progress of the treatment has now been upgraded to indefinite, due to regression of his condition.

Again, due to the detriment of his condition, it is in no way feasible for Mr. Cole to travel bicoastal while being treated. The courts have been informed of all of this already multiple times. However, this is an updated reiteration with applicable updates.
